Class – All Paths Lead to Now – St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, Lexington, KY – Wednesday Evenings 7 to 9pm, October 1, 2003 to November 19, 2003

This class will cover the 5 elements – body, mind, spirit, balance and living in the present moment. Self-observation techniques will be introduced with weekly assignments and class discussion. Each class will begin with body movement, followed by an introduction and discussion of one of the five elements and completed with a self-observation technique and discussion of weekly observations.
